Machine feature
Hydraulic tablet press machine, with four posters, can produce tablets from multi-cavity mould. In this way, it is of stable working pressure and greatly increases productivity. Electrical control system is under command of computer system and process time can be adjusted according to the production situation, which can be achieved by automatic or manual work. Machine is consisted of two parts, namely host and control structures, which are connected by main channel and electrical installations. Its host includes the fuselage, the main cylinder and the topping out cylinder.
Working principle
This hydraulic tablet press machine is of four-posters structure. The upper one is plunger cylinder and is set up for purpose of suppressing effect. The down one also is plunger cylinder and is set below. The down cylinder works together with upper cylinder to finish the suppressing action and top out the finished products. After that, the vice cylinder feeds the material.
Application: Press silicon manganese metal mixture into blocks.
Special design: dual pumps, dual servo motors, and dual servo drives ensure the machine has sufficient power and stable speed.
Mold design: The mold is made of YG8 alloy material, which is currently the most wear-resistant alloy material on the market and has a longer service life.

Humanized design: The grating ruler is designed to sense if a hand accidentally enters the pressing area, and the machine automatically stops to ensure personnel safety.
